The Listening with Curiosity Project (LCP) is an empirically-proven intervention that addresses the global crisis of connection. It teaches a framework that disrupts the hierarchy of humanness implicit in modern society, and trains participants in the method of transformative interviewing. Using these tools, the LCP breaks down stereotypes, builds connection, improves mental health, and fosters a sense of a common humanity. Through replacing judgment with curiosity and valuing both the “hard” and “soft” sides of our humanity (e.g., thinking and feeling), the LCP strives to create a more just and humane society.
